About the event

Stephanie Neuman, LCSW is a Certified Consultant for Brainspotting. She has been utilizing Brainspotting hourly since 2016. Stephanie embraces the science, technique and fluidity when she Brainspots and magic literally happens in her sessions. For the last year, Stephanie has been working to understand and utilize Brainspotting to help with weightloss. She has utilized this technigue on herself and found a transformation she never thought possible.

The target audience for this training is any therapist or coach working with clients who are struggling to accomplish their physical health goals. 

Learning Objectives: 

  • Identify barriers of client’s overall health

  • Identify setups to access shift in mindset to promote weight loss

  • Identify key components necessary to understand the science of the brain
