Healing Trauma for First Responders During War and Conflict December 2 - 3, 2024 9AM - 3:30pm EST

Healing Truama for First Responders during War and Conflict gives therapists an inside look at the trauma experienced by Soldiers and other First Responders during times of war. In collaboration with Ashira Gobrin, Stephanie brings real-life experience to the table for discussion, understanding and healing. This course will provide education in cultural competence, understanding of how the brain works for First Responders, and build confidence in the process of Brainspotting. Participants will also gain an understanding of the after-effects of war during live times of conflict. Detailed discussion of trauma, the brain and how First Responders react to trauma and survive will be the highlights of this workshop.
