Brainspotting First Responders and Military

Brainspotting First Responders and Military gives therapists an inside look at the trauma experienced by Law Enforcement and other First Responders. Stephanie brings real life experience to the table for discussion, understanding and healing. The target audience for this presentation is therapists or coaches working with First Responders or Military. Participants will interact in a live training with synchronous distant learning. They will watch client sessions, participate in powerpoint discussion and have interactive lecture. Participants will gain an understanding of cultural competence of first responders and develop confidence in utilizing Brainspotting effectively and efficiently. 

Before becoming a therapist, Stephanie was an officer for over 10 years. During that time in law enforcement, she experienced many critical and volatile events giving Stephanie first hand exposure to the traumas of law enforcement.
